If you engage in 1:1 services A Little Off Balance collects your name, email address, phone number and questions relevant to the conducting of the session. This data is held within WIX Scheduling.

If you purchase an online course or product, A Little Off Balance collects your name, email address, and IP address. This data is held within WIX, and/or Paypal. The privacy policy of third-party companies applies to their collection, use and disclosure of your information.

The purpose for this information:

This basic personal data is needed in order to contact you regarding your product or service, and to monitor your progress.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, A Little Off Balance may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.

Alternatively, A Little Off Balance may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

A Little Off Balance try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take me longer than a month if your request is particularly complex, or you have made several requests. In this case, I will notify you and keep you updated.
