For products and digital tarot readings: Please allow three to five business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, because Tiff often has events on weekends she can not guarantee that orders will be processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All digital products are non-refundable, including digital tarot readings.
Returns of product orders accepted within 30 days of purchase for US customers. Please contact us at email@example.com to request a return shipping label.
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage, including the packaging. Tiff will arrange for you return the damaged item and provide a replacement upon receipt of the damaged original.
